Speedster Showdown Infinite Guide
Base kit from the Knight of the Wind era, no ult yet, and the games people confuse with this jackal.
Infinite is the jackal on the Speedster Showdown villain row: Phantom Ruby reputation, a base kit that arrived in the Knight of the Wind era, and still no awakening in the recaps this wiki trusts. Speedster Showdown released on Roblox on 26 July 2025 as an online PvP battlegrounds. Infinite fights other players one stock at a time. He is not a campaign partner, not a horror portrait, and not the hedgehog line.
This page is the dedicated lab note. The parent character roster lists him in one line. Shadow, Metal, and Eggman parks him next to unfinished bars. The Knight of the Wind Update is the patch that gave him real base moves. The Doom and Big Arms Update is the 2026 title tag that did not suddenly invent an Infinite ult just because the Roblox name also says REVIVAL. Revival in that prefix is the 2025 reupload identity, covered on Revival and Reupload and indexed on the updates hub.
If you want hedgehog dash, read Sonic and Knight of the Wind. If you want EXE and Starved, read the horror roster. If you want bar names, read the Awakenings Guide. If you want confirms that are not a cutscene, read the Combos Guide. Letters live on the PvP Tier List Hub. New players should still finish Getting Started before they main an unfinished kit.
Base kit, not an ult
The official Speedster Showdown channel posted an Infinite Base Showcase. That is the visual dictionary for this page. What shipped in the Knight of the Wind era is a base moveset. What did not ship, in every recap we have, is an awakening cinematic with a new kit. If you press the bar on an unfinished Early Access-style character, current behavior on sibling kits is a heal-to-full plus a damage bump on existing buttons, not a transformation. Do not write fan ult names into your notes. Do not treat a generic heal as Phantom Ruby god mode.
Play Infinite if you accept an unfinished bar. Skip him if you need a transformation to feel like a round ended. The Awakenings Guide still lists Infinite as N/A for that reason. Mecha Sonic sits in the same unfinished bucket for a different silhouette. Do not confuse those two robots-and-jackals in the selector just because both are Early Access-flavored.
Community strength, labeled as such
Community snapshot comments after the Knight of the Wind drop called Infinite’s base kit a problem for two unofficial reasons:
- A homing unblockable combo starter. Unofficial. Lab it against block and against a dash-out. If it really is unblockable, your answer is spacing and interrupting the startup, not holding F and hoping.
- Combo reports around 180 damage. Unofficial. That is the same neighborhood as Knight of the Wind base reports, which is why lobbies started saying two rushdown problems arrived in one patch. It is not a patch table. It will move.
The September 2026 community snapshot parks Infinite’s base in S. The S letter means this base kit already kills, not the ult is done. Beginner lists still mark him execution-heavy even when the damage looks like Knight of the Wind, because the homing starter is a lab exam. Ease and kill potential are different questions on the tier list.
Those 180-damage reports are the only numeric reputation this page will repeat. This wiki will not invent extra unpublished Infinite numbers to make the kit look finished.
Early Access and WIP caveats
Infinite is often discussed as Early Access or unfinished. Treat shop prices as live snapshots, not as a wiki contract. Open the experience shop before you buy. Early Access is optional. A strong WIP kit is not a reason to skip Getting Started binds. A buggy WIP kit is not a reason to call the whole game broken.
Private servers are still the honest lab. Public 25-player matches will third-party a long homing starter and then blame the kit. Dummy first. Then take the starter into a quiet server. Then argue letters.
When a patch lands, re-check three things: does the bar still refuse to transform, did the homing starter keep its unblockable reputation, and did the 180-damage reports survive a dummy session. Discord beats a month-old thumbnail. Use Discord for that check, not a random group shout.
How not to unlock Infinite
How-to-unlock is not a public numbered quest on this wiki. Confirm the live requirement in the selector and on official Discord. Do not copy Speedster Sandbox maze hunts, hidden buttons, or obstacle-course steps from a different Roblox title and paste them here. Those routes belong to another game. They will waste an evening and they will not open this jackal.
Do not invent a kill count, a hour gate, or a badge list because Knight of the Wind has unofficial grind guesses. KOTW’s 300 to 400 Sonic-kill chatter is already labeled unofficial on the Knight of the Wind page. Infinite does not inherit that rumor.
If the selector is locked, the answer is the live client plus Discord, not a Fandom scavenger hunt.
How not to confuse this kit with Speedsters Infinite
Speedsters Infinite is a different Roblox experience. That game publishes promo codes for MPH boosts and gems. Speedster Showdown, this battlegrounds title, does not have a verified public code list as of September 2026. Typing Speedsters Infinite strings into this place does nothing. If you landed here from a codes thumbnail, you want a simulator farm, not a PvP jackal. Stay on this page only if you intend to fight other players.
Name collisions also include Sonic Speed Simulator and random “speedster” racers. Infinite the fighter is a villain kit in Speedster Showdown. Infinite the other game is a codes blog magnet. Keep the tabs separate.
How to lab him without donating stocks
Day one: watch the official base showcase once, then hold F against the homing starter on a dummy until you know whether block is even a legal answer. Day two: try the same starter in a public match and notice how third parties eat the ender. Day three: pick a convert from the combo guide that is three M1s plus a special, not a twenty-hit paste. If you cannot name the confirm in one sentence, you are mashing and the S letter will feel like a lie.
Matchups that actually happen: Knight of the Wind players still have to respect the starter even though Infinite has no ult. Shadow’s hold-charge Chaos Blast still deletes a greedy approach. Metal Sonic’s Lock-On is a mirror exam. Starved’s grab does not care about your Phantom Ruby reputation. Doom Shadow is a 2026 Shadow-line problem documented on the Doom Shadow guide, not a reason to skip Infinite lab.
Maps still matter. A homing starter on a tiny rotated plate is scarier than the same starter on a wide Green Hill lane. Map rotation shipped with KOTW. Learn two spaces before you call the kit cheap.
Leave this page with one job, not a shopping list. Infinite is a base-only villain from the Knight of the Wind era, with unofficial 180-damage and homing-unblockable reputation, often sold as Early Access, and still waiting on an ult the 2026 DOOM tag did not magically write. He is not Speedsters Infinite, he is not a Sandbox maze unlock, and he is not Mecha Sonic. Lab the starter on defense first. Ask Discord only after the selector disagrees with a video. Then go fight, because this jackal is a PvP kit, not a codes page.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
Does Infinite have an awakening in Speedster Showdown?
Not in the recaps this wiki trusts. The base kit arrived in the Knight of the Wind era. The 2026 Doom and Big Arms title tag did not document an Infinite ult. Treat the bar as unfinished until Discord and the selector say otherwise.
Is the 180-damage combo official?
No. It is a community report from after the KOTW drop, alongside a homing unblockable starter reputation. Lab both. Do not write extra unpublished numbers as if they were a patch table.
How do I unlock Infinite?
There is no public numbered quest documented here. Confirm the live requirement in the selector and on Discord. Do not copy Speedster Sandbox maze or button unlocks from a different game.
Is this the same as Speedsters Infinite?
No. Speedsters Infinite is a different Roblox title that people search for codes. This page is Infinite the PvP fighter in Speedster Showdown. Promo strings from that other game do not redeem here.
Should beginners main Infinite?
Usually no. Beginner lists mark him execution-heavy even when the snapshot letter is S. Learn Getting Started binds and a simple striker first, then lab the homing starter on defense.
